Hypnosis Research Summit will be a special meeting where mostly researchers in the fields of clinical hypnosis, suggestion, and altered states of consciousness (ASC) will present their findings. Therapeutically oriented colleagues are also welcome to participate in the meeting, if they are curious to hear about and be involved in the discussions regarding the cutting edge scientific advancement in the field. The meeting is aiming to “build bridges of understanding” between scientific and clinical fields.
Five types of events are scheduled
- Lectures: Individual papers: scientists present the latest findings from their research program
- Symposia: 3-4 person presentations on the same topic
- Panel Discussions: Various topics
- Poster Sessions: Interactive poster sessions
- Conversation: Meetings an expert for an open discussion

(7) Interactional aspect of hypnosis
To provide a platform for researchers in the fields of hypnosis, suggestion, and ASC to share the findings from their research and ideas regarding theories of hypnosis, suggestion, and ASC with other researchers and clinicians who are active in the field.

Scientists: Researchers who have an active research program studying the effects and mechanisms underlying clinical hypnosis, suggestion, or ASCs.
Clinicians: Any health care providers (e.g., physicians, psychologists, dentists, midwifes, nurses, assistants, physical therapists) and health care provider student interested in/working with hypnosis or hypnotic (suggestive) communication, including
