There is a healthy space between uncomfy and relief:

Symptomatic and resourceful part in cooperation by applying Ego State Therapy and clinical hypnosis

By Inga Nowak-Dusza, MSc

Wednesday, March 19, 2025

17:00 - 20:00 CET

Abstract

The workshop showcases the application of clinical hypnosis, Ego State Therapy, and Somatic Experiencing techniques. Participants will learn to activate resourceful and symptomatic ego states and how to pendulate between them. They will have the opportunity to experience the calming process of self-regulation, which expands their ability to tolerate and manage unpleasant bodily symptoms. Participants will also learn through experience how to befriend their bodies and sensations. We will focus on the language of sensations rather than emotions to enhance the healing process's efficiency. We will demonstrate work on the association-dissociation dimension of the Ericksonian trance phenomena.
