Hypnosis for compassion and self-compassion
By Marie-Jeanne Bremer
Wednesday, March 27, 2024
17:00 - 20:00 CET
Abstract
Research shows the positive effect of compassion on health and well-being, and there has been a growing interest in compassion and self-compassion in recent years.
However, many people have difficulty entering a state of empathy or compassion, significantly when they have experienced neglect in their childhood.
As hypnotherapists, we can enhance compassion and self-compassion and bypass some of the difficulties as we tailor our interventions individually.
After theoretical comments on empathy, compassion, self-compassion, and consolation, Marie-Jeanne will share some clinical examples and efficient techniques in the workshop.
